What can I configure and request here?

Eleven precision-glass builders: glass wafers, microfluidic chips, optical filters, ITO/FTO conductive glass, perforated and special-shaped plates, AR optical and infrared windows, CCD optical plates, beam splitters, LED/OLED cover glass, glass-bottom microplates, and a made-to-drawing custom glass builder. You set the geometry and specifications, preview the part in 3D, and submit an RFQ.

Does the 3D preview reflect my exact dimensions?

Yes. Size, thickness, shape, holes, coatings and machined features update the model live. Specification-only values such as tolerances, surface quality and quantity are recorded in the RFQ summary rather than drawn.

Can I attach a drawing to my request?

Yes. The RFQ form accepts PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, PNG and JPG drawings. Archives and unrelated files are rejected. Your 3D configuration and specification summary are attached automatically.

Is pricing shown?

No. This tool produces an engineering specification and RFQ for review; pricing is quoted separately after the engineering team confirms manufacturability.

What milled features can I configure?

Edge grooves, center pockets/cavities and edge steps with adjustable width and depth on plate or block stock, plus surface treatments such as anodizing, nickel plating, powder coating and black oxide. 3-, 4- and 5-axis setups can be requested.

What tolerances and surface finish can milling hold?

Standard milled tolerances of +/- 0.05 mm, tighter on request, with surface grades from roughing (Ra 3.2) down to fine finishing (Ra 0.4). Tight-tolerance features are reviewed against your drawing.
