The step of implementation and monitoring of improvement projects of energy and environmental performances comes most often after the resulting audit and feasibility studies.

This step can include the elaboration of the consulting file, planning, costs estimates, assistance in the launching of markets, support in the selection of partners and service providers and the technical monitoring of the project or associated program: reception and monitoring of works in conformity with the standards, training in new procedures and devices, awareness regarding behaviours, measurement of projected gains and performances.
