Assessment for fire and explosion hazards is defined on a given area (workshops, utilities, movement of materials and goods) and includes :
Description of the process of identification of critical points
The location of the firm in relation to its immediate environment and different neighbouring plants (workshops, utilities, stocking…)
The history of the firm : permits, classification of the firm and extensions, inventory of incidents
Inventory of combustible products, chemical products, hazardous substances and movement maps
Analysis of compliance of plants with regulations
Analysis of needs in fire security in relation to existing solutions
Comparative analysis with similar companies: critical and weak points
Definition of relevant actions allowing for a reduction in fire hazards and consequences on staff, third persons, tools of production and the environment
Design and sizing of the fire network while respecting security and reliability requirements. The goal is to elaborate a system that ensures optimal performance in the fire security field
